Publication Services

Legal notices we routinely process include: fictitious business names, corporate, probate, summons, personal name change, bulk sales, lien sales, and abandoned property sales. A proof (affidavit) of publication is provided to you and, if required, is also filed with the appropriate court/county/state department.

In Arizona:

Corporate/Business

Publish corporate documents in the appropriate county as required by law.
Affidavits are filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission and the filed copy emailed to the customer.

Civil Court and Family Court

Publish court documents as required by law.
Affidavits for Maricopa County cases are filed with the appropriate court and the filed copy emailed to the customer.
Affidavits that are not filed are emailed and mailed to the customer.

Probate

Publish court documents as required by law.
Affidavits for Maricopa county cases are filed with the appropriate court and the filed copy emailed to the customer.

In California:

Civil Court

The documents regarding the proof of publication of a Summons or Personal Name Change can be filed with the court in all counties throughout California. The Daily Journal Corporation owns newspapers in the following counties: Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange, Riverside, Santa Clara, Alameda, San Francisco, and Sacramento.

Probate

The documents regarding the proof of publication of a probate notice, or the Notice of Petition to Administer Estate, can be filed with the court in all counties throughout California. The Daily Journal Corporation owns newspapers in the following counties: Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange, Riverside, Santa Clara, Alameda, San Francisco, and Sacramento.
Mailing of the Notice of Petition to Administer Estate can be done to names listed in section 8 of the Petition for Probate.

Business

Notice to Creditors of Bulk Sale - We can record the notice with the County Recorder (requires document with an original signature) and send the notice by certified mail to the County Tax Collector for any California county.

Fictitious Business Name
